Prisnel Dominique is the Managing Director of User Experience. In this capacity, he is responsible for ensuring the support teams within the information technology department execute on tactical efforts on a daily basis to help facilitate business continuance and enhance the productivity of the attorneys and staff. Additionally, Prisnel is responsible for developing and executing on strategic plans that support the firms initiatives and help move the firm forward. A consistent contributor to the Goodwin culture, Prisnel has served on multiple committees and task forces internally towards the growth and development of key groups. Prisnel helped found and served as Chair of BOLD — Black Organization for Leadership and Development — and is now Chair Emeritus of the BOLD organization.

Goodwin was Prisnel's first job out of college. He joined as a Help Desk Analyst and rose through the ranks over the years to reach the level of Senior Management within the Information Technology Department. Prisnel's key areas of expertise are designing and implementing processes and metrics, service management, vendor and project management, and customer satisfaction management. Operating across and within multiple disciplines in Information Technology has provided him with a broad base of knowledge to draw on.

Prisnel is a graduate of University of Massachusetts, Boston where he received his BS with a dual concentration in Management Information Systems and Operations Management of Information Systems as well as a minor in Supply Chain Management. He has an MS in Technological Entrepreneurship from Northeastern University.
