James Donohue, a partner in Goodwin’s Real Estate Capital Markets Group and its Private Investment Funds Practice, advises clients on the structuring, formation and ongoing management of a variety of private investment funds, including real estate funds, private equity funds, venture capital funds and hedge funds, and their management companies. He joined Goodwin in 2007.


Professional Experience

Prior to joining Goodwin, Mr. Donohue was a financial analyst at Goldman Sachs in New York. While attending law school, he was a senior compliance analyst at a major financial firm in Boston.
