Michelle P. Egan
Ms. Egan is an associate in the firm’s Business Law Department and a member of its Technology Companies + Life Sciences Group. She joined Goodwin in 2013.
Ms. Egan is the author of “Protecting Prisoners During Custodial Interrogations: A Missed Opportunity in Howes v. Fields,” 33 B.C. J.L. & Soc. Just. (Winter 2012) and “Non-Strict Strict Scrutiny: The Fifth Circuit and the Grutter Standard in Fisher v. University of Texas at Austin,” 32 B.C. J.L. & Soc. Just. E-Supp (2012).
While attending law school, Ms. Egan was articles editor for the Boston College Journal of Law and Social Justice.
Ms. Egan is Secretary of the Harvard College Class of 2010, President Emeritus of the Harvard College Class Secretaries and Treasurers and a Director of the Harvard Alumni Association. She is a Frank H. Buck Scholar.
