Brian D. Fleming

Brian Fleming is a partner in the firm’s Business Law department and a member of its Private Equity group. He joined Goodwin in 2016.

Brian’s practice focuses on mergers, acquisitions, private equity investments, and other corporate matters in a wide range of industries. Specifically, he has experience representing both corporate strategic and private equity clients in structuring, negotiating, documenting and closing mergers, acquisitions and dispositions, including assisting private equity funds with the purchase, ongoing representation, and sale of portfolio companies.

Brian is a member of the Boston Bar Association.
