Gregory Fox

Gregory Fox is an associate in Goodwin’s Financial Industry and Financial Restructuring practices. He joined the firm in 2014.

Mr. Fox represents debtors, creditors, committees, investors, purchasers, and other parties-in-interest in bankruptcy proceedings, out-of-court restructurings and insolvency-related litigations. His representations span a variety of industries, including financial services, retail, health care, automotive, consumer products, telecommunications and education.

Professional Activities

Mr. Fox is an active member of the American Bankruptcy Institute and the American Bar Association.

Professional Experience

Prior to joining Goodwin, Mr. Fox was an associate in the New York offices of Stutman, Treister & Glatt, Friedman Kaplan Seiler & Adelman, and Skadden Arps.


In law school, Mr. Fox was an executive articles editor for the Brooklyn Law Review and a member of the Moot Court Honor Society.
