Natascha George, a partner in Goodwin's ERISA & Executive Compensation group, focuses her practice on executive compensation and employee benefits law. With more than 18 years’ experience in the industry, she advises clients regarding executive employment and consulting arrangements, severance obligations, and equity and equity-based compensation plans, both in the ordinary course and in the context of mergers, acquisitions and other business restructurings, initial public offerings and bankruptcy proceedings. She works with clients ranging from multinational public companies to closely held businesses in the design, implementation, maintenance and termination of executive compensation and employee benefits arrangements.

Natascha is a member of the Boston, Massachusetts and American Bar Associations. She has served as Tax Section co-chair and ERISA Subcommittee co-chair for the Tax Section of the Boston Bar Association.
Professional Experience
Prior to joining Goodwin in 2014, Natascha was a partner at Bingham McCutchen LLP in Boston. Previously, she was with Fidelity Investments Tax-Exempt Services Company and Watson Wyatt Worldwide.
Natascha served as a lecturer in law at Boston University School of Law’s Tax LL.M. program between 2010 and 2015.
