Kathryn Georgian is a senior paralegal with over 20 years of experience, including 17 years concentrated in the area of environmental law and regulation. Ms. Georgian has assisted attorneys on a variety of matters involving federal and state environmental issues such as hazardous waste regulation, waste site cleanup, enforcement, due diligence and litigation support services as well as land use issues including permitting. She also served for several years as the in-house coordinator for The Law of Hazardous Waste: Management, Cleanup, Liability, and Litigation, a multi-volume treatise authored by members of Goodwin's Environmental Department and published by Lexis-Nexis (formerly Matthew Bender).
Ms. Georgian is a member of the Massachusetts Paralegal Association. Prior to joining Goodwin, Ms. Georgian was a legal assistant at Morgan Lewis & Bockius in Philadelphia. She was a contributing author of Massachusetts Environmental Law Handbook (Government Institutes).
