Kevin Grumberg is a partner in Goodwin’s Private Equity Business Unit and a member of its Debt Finance practice. He represents private equity groups and lending institutions as well as public and private companies in connection with domestic and cross-border debt financing transactions, including secured and unsecured senior, mezzanine and subordinated acquisition, recapitalization and working capital facilities.

Mr. Grumberg advises corporate borrowers, private equity sponsors, portfolio companies, mezzanine lending institutions and other debt investors in connection with a variety of financing transactions. He has experience structuring and negotiating secured and unsecured syndicated loans, leveraged buyouts, asset-based credit facilities, junior lien loans, subordinated loans, mezzanine financings, venture debt financings and restructurings. He joined Goodwin in 2010.

Professional Experience

Prior to joining Goodwin, Mr. Grumberg was a fellow at the Community Development Venture Capital Alliance, a 501(c)(3) public charity focused on providing operational assistance and seed capital to venture capital funds that invest in low-income communities in the U.S.
