Megan F. Juel
Megan Juel is an associate in the firm’s Business Law Department and a member of its ERISA & Executive Compensation Practice. She joined Goodwin in 2013.
Ms. Juel advises both public and private companies on employee benefit and executive compensation issues, as well as related tax and securities law matters, in connection with mergers and acquisitions, financings, initial public offerings and other corporate transactions. She also represents employers and executives in the negotiation, design and implementation of employment, severance and change in control arrangements, deferred compensation plans, and equity and other incentive compensation plans and arrangements.
Ms. Juel is a member of the Boston Bar Association and the American Bar Association.
While attending law school, Ms. Juel was a comment editor for the Journal of Criminal Law and Criminology, the second-most widely subscribed journal published by any law school in the country. Ms. Juel also attended Bucerius Law School in Hamburg, Germany, for an exchange program in international and comparative business law.
