Laura Lemmons is Goodwin’s Managing Director, Total Rewards and HRIS. She is responsible for managing firmwide benefits, compensation, and HR systems.
Professional Experience
Prior to joining Goodwin in 2016, Laura spent more than 20 years in a similar role for Bingham McCutchen. She is experienced in developing, communicating, implementing and administering health/welfare and retirement plans for large global law firms.
