Natalie Martirossian is a partner in the firm’s Business Law Department and a member of its Technology group. Her representation of companies spans the entire corporate life-cycle, including pre-incorporation planning, general corporate representation and counseling, venture capital financings, mergers and acquisitions, public offerings, corporate governance, SEC compliance, and public company representation. Ms. Martirossian also works with venture capitalists in private stock offerings as well as investment banks in public stock offerings.
Ms. Martirossian currently serves on the Hiring Committee for the firm’s Los Angeles office. She joined Goodwin in 2013.Experience
