Ashley Nelson is a Managing Director in Goodwin’s Legal Recruitment Department. She is responsible for the overall management of lateral associate hiring, entry-level hiring and law school-based recruitment (including the summer program) for Goodwin’s offices globally. Ms. Nelson has over 12 years of legal recruitment experience and has implemented various initiatives and programs to foster and develop a robust recruitment program. She also has been significantly involved with diversity recruitment initiatives.
Ms. Nelson is an active member of the National Association for Law Placement (NALP) and the Massachusetts Legal Recruiters Association (MALRA).
