Jenna Newmark, an associate in Goodwin’s Products Liability + Mass Torts Practice, represents defendants in complex products liability cases. She serves on the national counsel team for a leading pharmaceutical manufacturer defending the client in mass torts, coordinated proceedings, and individual cases. She also serves as counsel in products liability cases involving various medical devices. Her experience includes representing pharmaceutical manufacturers in mass tort cases, serving as national counsel in coordinated proceedings and multidistrict litigations through all phases of litigation, as well as representing physicians and hospitals in medical malpractice cases.
In law school, Ms. Newmark was writing and research editor of the Fordham Law Review and published a student note: The Lawyer’s “Prisoner’s Dilemma”: Duty and Self-Defense in Postconviction Ineffectiveness Claims, 79 Fordham L. Rev. 699 (2010).
