Achal Oza

Achal Oza is an associate in the firm’s Business Law Department. He joined Goodwin in 2010.

Prior to joining Goodwin, Mr. Oza practiced as a Litigation Fellow at the Lawyers’ Committee for Civil Rights Under Law of the Boston Bar Association, where he represented clients in matters dealing with employment discrimination, housing discrimination, police misconduct, voting rights, environmental justice and constitutional law.

Mr. Oza is a member of the Boston Bar Association and the American Bar Association.

In 2009, Mr. Oza was awarded the Jan Jancin Award for his scholarship in the Intellectual Property Law field by the Intellectual Property Law Education Foundation along with the Intellectual Property Law Section of the American Bar Association and the American Intellectual Property Law Association. While attending law school, he was the Senior Note Development Editor for the Boston University Law Review.
