Mr. Palumbo has advised corporate borrowers, financial sponsors, portfolio companies, mezzanine lending institutions and other debt investors in connection with a variety of financing transactions. He has extensive experience structuring and negotiating secured and unsecured syndicated loans, asset-based credit facilities, subscription line credit facilities, junior lien loans, subordinated loans, mezzanine financings and loan workouts and restructurings.
Nicholas A. Palumbo
Nick Palumbo is a partner in Goodwin's Business Law Department and a member of the Debt Finance Group. He represents borrowers and lenders in connection with debt financing transactions, including leveraged buyouts, leveraged recapitalizations and mezzanine financings.
Mr. Palumbo is a member of the New York State Bar Association and the American Bar Association.
Prior to joining Goodwin, Mr. Palumbo was an associate in the New York office of White & Case LLP.
While attending law school, Mr. Palumbo was a Richardson scholar and a Notes and Comments Editor of the Brooklyn Law Review.
