Andrew Person is an associate in the firm’s Business Law Department and a member of its Technology & Life Sciences Group.
Mr. Person advises founder, company and investor clients on a broad range of corporate and transactional matters, including formations, financings and investments. Mr. Person joined Goodwin in 2015.
Mr. Person is a member of the San Francisco Bar Association, the National Bar Association and the Charles Houston Bar Association.
Prior to joining Goodwin, Mr. Person was a litigation associate in the San Francisco office of Sedgwick LLP, where he focused on complex tort litigation and labor and employment matters. During law school, he served as a judicial extern for the Honorable Saundra B. Armstrong of the U.S. District Court for the Northern District of California.
While attending law school, Mr. Person served as an editor of the Virginia Tax Review. He also participated in the Thurgood Marshall Mock Trial Competition in 2013.
