Kyle Pine

Kyle Pine is an associate in the firm's Business Law Department and a member of its Tax Group. He joined Goodwin in 2013.

Prior to joining Goodwin, Mr. Pine was an associate in the Chicago office of Winston & Strawn LLP.

Mr. Pine is a member of the Boston Bar Association. He is also a Certified Public Accountant.

While attending law school, Mr. Pine was the note and comment editor of the Northwestern Journal of International Law & Business, where he authored “Lowering the Cost of Rent: How IFRS and the Convergence of Corporate Governance Standards Can Help Foreign Issuers Raise Capital in the United States and Abroad,” 30 Nw. J. Int’l L. & Bus. 483 (2010).
