Benjamin S. Piper
Benjamin Piper is an associate in the firm's Business Law Department and a member of its Technology Companies & Life Sciences Group. He joined Goodwin in 2013.
Mr. Piper is a member of the Boston Bar Association.
While attending law school, Mr. Piper served as a senior editor for the Boston College Law Review, where he authored a case comment, A Fatal Flaw: The Ninth Circuit Further Restricts Liability in 10b-5 Private Securities Fraud Cases in Reese v. BP. He was also a member of the Saul K. Lefkowitz Intellectual Property Moot Court team and a legal intern to Justice R. Marc Kantrowitz of the Massachusetts Appeals Court. He was previously a summer associate at Goodwin.
