John Quinn is a partner in the firm’s Business Law Department and a member of its Private Equity group. He joined Goodwin in 2016.

Mr. Quinn’s practice specializes in advising private equity sponsors and their portfolio companies in a wide variety of transactions, including leveraged buyouts, mergers, acquisitions, growth equity investments and other corporate matters. He has experience representing corporate strategic, private equity and search fund clients in structuring, negotiating, documenting and closing private mergers, acquisitions and dispositions, including assisting private equity funds with the purchase, ongoing representation and sale of portfolio companies.

Mr. Quinn advises investors and companies in a wide variety of industries, including healthcare, consumer, business services, and manufacturing verticals.
