Gemma Roberts

Gemma Roberts is a partner in Goodwin’s Business Law Department. She advises European and U.S. clients on a broad range of corporate law matters, including domestic and cross-border M&A, private equity deals and leveraged buyouts, debt and equity restructurings and management incentive schemes. Ms. Roberts also undertakes corporate and commercial advisory work for a broad range of corporate clients and private equity portfolio companies. She joined Goodwin in 2014.

Professional Activities

Ms. Roberts is a member of the Law Society of England and Wales.

Professional Experience

Prior to joining Goodwin, Ms. Roberts was an associate in the corporate and private equity team of Kirkland & Ellis International LLP for five years. In 2008, she spent six months on secondment with the in-house legal team at 3i plc. She completed her training contract at Clifford Chance LLP.
