Joseph R. Siegelbaum

Joe Siegelbaum, of counsel in the firm's Business Law Department, represents clients in the purchases and sales of publicly traded and privately held businesses. He has extensive experience with the preparation of corporate documents and agreements, private placements and venture capital transactions. In addition to practicing corporate law, Mr. Siegelbaum also represented numerous computer software companies and purchasers of computer systems.

Professional Activities

Mr. Siegelbaum currently serves as President of the greater New York Division of the March of Dimes.

Professional Experience

Before joining Goodwin, Mr. Siegelbaum was a founding partner at Friedman Siegelbaum LLP in Roseland, New Jersey, where he headed that firm’s Corporate & Tax Group.


While attending law school, Mr. Siegelbaum served as articles editor of the Rutgers Law Review.
