Gechi P. Tesic is an associate in the firm’s Real Estate Industry Group and a member of the Private Investment Funds and Investment Management practices. She joined Goodwin in 2017.
Ms. Tesic has advised clients on a variety of investment management and private investment fund matters. She focuses her practice on the establishment and ongoing management of private investment vehicles, private equity funds and real estate funds. She represents registered advisers and other investment management firms in connection with acquisitions, reorganizations, regulatory compliance and a number of other related matters.
Ms. Tesic graduated cum laude from Duke University in 2011 with distinction in recognition of her senior honors thesis. At Columbia Law School, Ms. Tesic was a staff member of the Columbia Journal of Law and the Arts and graduated in 2014 with highest honors as a James Kent Scholar, awarded in recognition of outstanding academic achievement.
