- ePlus Inc. v. Lawson Software, Inc. (E.D. Va.). Represented patent owner in trial, appellate and contempt proceedings.
- NTP, Inc. v. Sprint Nextel Corp. (E.D.Va.). Represented patent owner in a suit concerning wireless email technology.
- Linick v. United States (Fed. Cl.). Represented patent owner in recovery for damages resulting from a Secrecy Order under 35 U.S.C. § 183.
Ms. Weisbruch has also co-authored an tactical guide on the subject of Non-Practicing Entity Litigation.
Ms. Weisbruch is a member of the Virginia Bar Association as well as the Court of Federal Claims Bar Association. She is also a member of the American Intellectual Property Law Association (AIPLA) and the Intellectual Property Owners Association (IPO).
