Grace Wirth is an associate in the firm’s Business Law Department and a member of its ERISA & Executive Compensation Group. Ms. Wirth advises a wide variety of clients, including both public and private companies, on employee benefit and compensation issues, as well as tax and securities law issues, in connection with mergers and acquisitions, financings, initial public offerings and other corporate transactions. In addition, she represents employers and executives in the negotiation, design and implementation of employment, severance and change in control arrangements, deferred compensation plans, and equity and other incentive compensation plans and arrangements. She joined Goodwin Procter in 2014.
Prior to joining Goodwin Procter, Ms. Wirth was an associate at Simpson Thacher & Bartlett.
While attending law school, Ms. Wirth was an articles editor for the Georgetown Journal of Legal Ethics.
