This included a $2.09 billion FCPA penalty, of outbreak and ensuing disruption of business andwhich Airbus agreed to pay $294.5 million to thegovernment activity. But, while the overall number ofUnited States, with the DOJ crediting the remainingFCPA enforcement actions in 2020 were down, all$1.8 billion that was paid to France as part of its settle-other indicators suggest that the DOJ and SEC remainment there.
