Private Equity M&A – Junior Associate

Goodwin seeks a highly qualified class of 2025 associate to join our Private Equity group. Candidates must have some experience or a demonstrated interest in private M&A and growth equity transactions with a basic understanding of the diligence process, ancillary workstreams, and organizing a signing/closing process. Candidates must exercise good judgment, communicate proactively, and effectively manage internal and external client and counsel relationships.

Candidates applying for associate positions with Goodwin should have outstanding academic credentials, comparable law firm experience, and excellent written and verbal communication skills. Relevant bar admission (or eligibility to obtain admission promptly) and deal sheet are required.
