Information Security professionals protect confidentiality, integrity and availability of information in the firm’s care. The team oversees technical and operational controls that reduce risk, prevent malware and prohibit unauthorized access to data.

Information Technology professionals deliver cost-effective, reliable IT solutions and services, with a focus on world-class service and best-in-class systems and practices to meet the needs of our firm and clients.

Innovation professionals are a multi-disciplinary team that collaborates with the firm’s lawyers, clients and GO! Team members to nurture the culture of innovation and to identify and deliver bespoke legal products and services, including through knowledge management and research services. The department also oversees global office operations.

Marketing and Communications professionals promote and protect Goodwin’s unique brand. The team focuses on external and internal communications, editorial, creative and multimedia initiatives, marketing technology and operations, and special events and conference services.

Practice Management professionals partner with the firm’s leaders on the design and execution of strategic plans, resource optimization, innovation, process improvement, and identification of ways to serve firm clients and run internal operations more effectively and efficiently.

Talent professionals lead our comprehensive human capital strategy, inclusive of talent acquisition, benefits and compensation, coaching, diversity, equity and inclusion, employee engagement, learning and professional development, talent management, people analytics, HR systems, and full lifecycle HR operations.

The Sustainability and Special Projects professionals have a global, firmwide remit in enterprise management of CSR/ESG, real estate, and all strategic projects and initiative managed through the firm’s program management office.
