Goodwin Procter seeks a highly qualified mid-level associate to join our Technology Companies group. Candidate must have general experience both working in teams and in managing substantial components of transactions independently in a broad range of corporate and transactional matters.

Candidates applying for associate positions with Goodwin should have outstanding academic credentials, comparable law firm experience, and excellent written and verbal communication skills. Relevant bar admission (or eligibility to obtain admission promptly) and deal sheet is required.
