Summary

This full-day program, hosted by the New York City Bar Association, will provide an in-depth look at significant developments, current trends and front-line issues affecting securities litigation and enforcement. Sessions will cover issues in shareholder activism and M&A litigation, managing parallel regulatory investigations and securities litigation, trial of a securities case, the impact of recent Supreme Court decisions, best practices and tips for internal, SEC, and PCAOB investigations, and other topics of interest. The faculty includes leading securities litigators, in-house counsel, law professors, and government regulators.

Brian Pastuszenski, Co-Chair of Goodwin’s Securities Litigation and SEC Enforcement practice, resident in the New York City Office, will speak on a panel titled “Recent Developments in Securities Class Actions.”
