Trial by Jury 2025

Rich Strassberg is speaking at PLI's Trial by Jury 2025 on a panel titled "Closing Big: Delivering a Compelling Closing Argument." PLI's Trial by Jury provides valuable and useful insights on jury trials and is comprised of the most experienced and respected state and federal judges, as well as many distinguished litigators. This course will give the audience a unique view into jury trials and the best way to handle them, from opening statements through closing arguments. The faculty will also dissect the ethical issues that often arise and the best ways to handle these situations.
