In two mornings of interactive training, Goodwin lawyers will discuss key concepts in private investment funds. The training will include an overview of fund structuring, economics and LPA negotiations as well as sessions covering specialist areas (funds regulation, tax and financing) and key jurisdictions (Luxembourg and the U.S.).

Sessions are designed for professionals who are new to structuring and negotiating funds, although more experienced professionals looking for a refresher on fund formation are also welcome to attend.

Please note that the sessions below will closely follow previous sessions and will therefore be familiar to attendees of previous Funds Academies.
