BOSTON, Nov. 7, 2005 – The federal district court in Greensboro, N.C. recently entered a final judgment of noninfringement in favor of adidas in a case brought by a North Carolina company in 2003. The patent owner claimed that nearly adidas' entire "a3" line of athletic footwear infringed two patents directed to shoe sole designs.
Douglas Kline, partner, led a team of Goodwin Procter attorneys on behalf of adidas to secure this favorable judgment.
