Goodwin Digital Currency & Blockchain Practice Welcomes Private Investment Funds Partner Barbara Warren

Global law firm Goodwin today announced that Barbara Warren joined the Digital Currency & Blockchain and Private Investment Funds practices as a partner, resident in the New York office.

Warren advises fund sponsors in connection with structuring, forming, managing, and operating various types of private investment funds, with an emphasis on crypto hedge, crypto venture capital, and hybrid fund structures. She has been active in developing innovative financial products, fund structures, and fund management arrangements. Warren also represents clients in sophisticated regulatory and transactional matters, advising on federal securities laws and related financial services laws and regulations.
