The Black In House Counsel Annual Report is a State of the Nation analysis of key issues and ideas that impact Black lawyers. Danielle Reyes is a counsel in Goodwin's Financial Industry group and is a co-chair of the firm's Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG) & Impact practice. In regards to the key issues in ESG that general counsel and their boards should be thinking about in 2022, she said, "For public companies, the SEC has made it very clear that they will come out with new disclosure requirements for ESG, starting with climate change.
