Real Estate partner Sarah Fleury has been elected as an Urban Land Institute (ULI) Global Governing Trustee.
ULI is a non-profit education and research institute supported by its members. Its mission is to shape the future of the built environment for transformative impact in communities worldwide.
The Global Governing Trustees serve as the high-level leadership group of ULI, responsible for representing and serving as the voice of the broad and diverse membership in substantive matters facing ULI in the execution of its mission. This includes electing the Global Chairman, the Global Board of Directors, Life Trustees, the ULI Foundation Board of Directors, and the Foundation Chairman, framing the broad direction and agenda, offering intellectual capital for the organization and enhancing connections to organizational issues and initiatives.
At Goodwin, Sarah leads the Real Estate practice in Paris. Her practice focuses on advising French and international investors on a wide range of real estate transactions, including asset and share deals, joint venture and real estate M&A, hospitality investments, office, logistics, residential and commercial building acquisitions, commercial leases, and sale and lease-back transactions.
