Srikanth Reddy Named a 2024 Minority Corporate Counsel Association Rainmaker

Professionals

The Minority Corporate Counsel Association (MCCA) has recognized Srikanth Reddy as a 2024 Rainmaker. This recognition honors attorneys across the country who have achieved remarkable success through their innovative business development strategies and client development skills, while also making significant contributions toward positive change in their communities.

Reddy is a partner in Goodwin’s IP Litigation practice. He counsels clients in a broad range of intellectual property litigation matters, including patent, trademark, copyright and trade secret matters, and in licensing disputes. He has specific experience working on an array of patent litigation matters including enforcement investigations before the U.S. International Trade Commission, Hatch-Waxman/ANDA cases, other district court patent litigation matters and post-grant proceedings before the Patent Trial and Appeal Board. He also has significant arbitration experience involving licensing disputes.

Reddy is a strong proponent for enhancing diversity, equity, and inclusion within Goodwin and the legal profession. Through his roles as the Boston Hiring Partner and on the firm’s Attorney Review Committee, Reddy works to ensure that equity is embedded in all stages of Goodwin’s talent lifecycle. Committed to mentorship, he served for ten years as a co-leader of Goodwin’s Committee on Racial and Ethnic Diversity (CRED@Goodwin), an affinity group focused on supporting Goodwin’s attorneys of color. Reddy is also on the board of the Boston Lawyers Group (BLG), the longest-running diversity advocacy legal organization in Massachusetts.

Reddy has consistently been recognized for his work by publications including Benchmark Litigation, The Best Lawyers in America, Best Lawyers, and The Legal 500 United States.

Founded in 1997, MCCA is committed to augmenting the hiring, retention, and promotion of diverse lawyers in law departments and law firms by providing research, best practices, and professional development and training; and through pipeline initiatives.

Reddy and the other 2024 honorees will be recognized at MCCA’s Creating Pathways to Diversity Conference in September.
