Goodwin is moving its New York City office from Times Square to Flatiron District after signing a new lease for 250,000 square feet of office space, the firm announced Thursday. Goodwin's new Manhattan address will be 200 Fifth Ave., and the firm said it expects to complete the move there in 2026. The lease allows Goodwin to expand its footprint in the building, according to the firm. "New York has always been a key hub for our global firm, and this relocation represents our long-term commitment to this thriving market," said Goodwin Chair Anthony McCusker in a Thursday statement. "Our move to 200 Fifth Avenue is a strategic investment in our future and underscores our dedication to providing an exceptional environment where our people can thrive and our clients can experience the innovative spirit that defines Goodwin."
