Goodwin partner Amy Keller has been recognized by Mergers & Acquisitions’ Most Influential Women in Mid-Market M&A 2026. In its eleventh consecutive year, the list celebrates women who have significant influence not only at their firms but in the wider middle-market M&A landscape.
Amy is a partner in Goodwin’s Private Equity group, Chair of the firm’s San Francisco office, and the private equity chair of the firm’s Global M&A Group. Amy focuses her practice on providing strategic advice to private equity sponsors, their portfolio companies, and other private companies in buy-side and sell-side M&A transactions, minority and growth equity investments, as well as day-to-day general corporate matters.
For over 15 years, Amy has represented prominent clients in middle-market transactions across a range of industries, including technology, healthcare, financial services, and education, and represents impact and sustainable investment funds in growth equity investments.
Beyond her practice, Amy is member of the firm’s Hiring Committee for the San Francisco office. Amy has previously been recognized as a recommended lawyer for her work in Private Equity Buyouts (Middle Market) by the Legal 500 US in 2024 and 2025.
