Goodwin has added a six-attorney team to its Center City office. The AmLaw 100 firm said the group includes partner Nicole Aiken-Shaban. The 2010 Drexel University Kline School of Law graduate focuses her practice on healthcare regulatory work, with a national practice advising providers and suppliers, private equity funds and other investors, Medicare and Medicaid managed care organizations, and life sciences companies. She handles matters involving state and federal fraud and abuse laws, the federal Anti-Kickback Statute, beneficiary inducement prohibitions, reimbursement challenges, value-based care models, healthcare licensing, and corporate practice of medicine issues. She also assists clients in structuring transactions and contractual arrangements to ensure regulatory compliance.
