Goodwin Advised Greenpeak Partners on the Acquisition Facility for AXAITRA
Goodwin has advised Greenpeak Partners on an acquisition facility for AXAITRA Group (AXAITRA), a fast-growing platform that’s building Europe’s leading Microsoft AI partner network for cloud, data, and AI services.
The facility was provided by a European debt fund and will be used to fund further acquisitions within AXAITRA’s business plan, backing the company’s continued buy-and-build strategy under Greenpeak Partners’ ownership.
