Anu Balasubramanian Named to Financial News’ FN100 Women in Finance 2026
Goodwin partner and European Private Equity chair Anu Balasubramanian has been recognized in Financial News’ FN100 Women in Finance 2026. The list recognizes women making a significant impact through their leadership and serving as visible role models for the next generation of female talent.
Financial News highlighted Anu’s extensive experience advising on a range of leveraged buyouts and corporate M&A transactions, as well as her work with clients including Francisco Partners, Abry Partners, Kpler, Oakley Capital, Wipro Limited, Link Mobility, and Marlin Equity Partners.
With more than 20 years of experience, Anu leads multidisciplinary teams in London, Paris, Munich, Brussels, and Luxembourg. She specializes in private equity law, with a strong focus on cross-border mergers, acquisitions, divestitures, and joint venture transactions. Anu also has extensive expertise in leveraged buyouts, corporate M&A, and portfolio advisory across sectors such as technology, software, retail, and services.
