Ahmed Abdelhamid is an associate in Goodwin’s Tech/Life Sciences group and a member of the firm’s Private Investment Funds practice. He represents fund sponsors in connection with formation, fundraising, operations, and ongoing maintenance of private investment funds, including crypto funds, venture capital funds, and private equity funds. Ahmed joined Goodwin in 2020.
