Jessica Aldrich is a Senior Associate in Goodwin’s Global Trade practice, specializing in government contracts and national security. Drawing from her experiences at General Dynamics Information Technology and the World Bank, Jessica advises clients on a broad range of regulatory compliance, trade, and transactional matters that arise in government contracts. Jessica counsels clients on contract formation matters, compliance with various regulatory regimes, cybersecurity compliance, and ethics and compliance programs. She also advises clients on disputes that arise in contract performance.
Jessica has significant government contract compliance experience, litigating bid protests before the Government Accountability Office, cybersecurity compliance, export compliance, and representing clients before federal agencies. Her experience encompasses internal investigations and representing clients defending against False Claims Act allegations. Additionally, Jessica has transactional experience advising on complexities associated mergers and acquisitions involving government contractors. Lastly, Jessica advises on compliance with the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) and FAR Supplements, as well as the statutes, regulations, and policies specific to federal government contracts.
