Oumeima Amri is an associate in the firm’s Private Investment Funds practice in Paris and member of Goodwin’s Private Equity group.
She specializes in investment funds and regulatory matters. She advises clients, including private equity firms and other asset managers, on all legal and regulatory matters relating to the structuring, formation, fund raising and operation of regulated and non-regulated investment funds. Her practice also focuses on private investment funds (private equity funds, real estate funds, debt funds, infrastructure funds, funds of funds) and their related operations and transactions.
Prior to joining Goodwin in 2022, Oumeima worked as an intern in the Private Investment Funds department of Willkie Farr & Gallagher LLP.
She is fluent in French and English.
