Wamiq Babul is an associate in the firm’s Business Law Department and a member of the Private Equity group and Debt Finance practice. Mr. Babul joined the firm in 2021.

Professional Experience
Prior to joining Goodwin, Mr. Babul worked as a corporate counsel intern at Maxim Integrated, primarily with commercial contracts. He previously worked as a regulatory intern at Loyola Medicine, a private hospital in the Western suburbs of Chicago.
While attending law school, Mr. Babul served as the Internet Editor for the Journal of Law, Technology and Policy and was a part-time law clerk and trademark clinician. He volunteered at the Greater New Orleans Fair Housing Action Center through the Student Legal Relief program.
