Charles Baker is an associate in Goodwin’s Technology and Life Sciences groups. He focuses on venture capital and growth equity transactions at all stages of a company’s lifecycle. His clients include start-ups, high-growth companies, and venture capital investors.

Prior to joining Goodwin, Charles served as in-house legal counsel to Thought Machine.
