Danielle Balestra joined Goodwin in 2022 and is the firms Director of Marketing Technology and Operations. In this role, she is responsible for all marketing and client development technologies. She is building a best in class marketing technology stack which provides Goodwin staff more insights and intelligence around their client relationships.
Prior to joining Goodwin, Mrs. Balestra served as Vice President of Marketing Operations at CIT, where she built out a company wide marketing automation tool, built a marketing lead funnel for sales, and created clarity on all marketing initiatives impact on new business. Additional roles Danielle has held include Memorial Sloan Kettering Cancer Center, CFO publishing, Reputation Institute, New York Institute of Finance, Chemical Week Conferences and TBWA/Chiat/Day NY. Danielle is celebrated Marketing Operations professional who has won awards such as Adobe’s Fearless 50, Marketo Champion, and others. Danielle graduated from Northeastern University with a Bachelors degree in Business Administration with concentrations in Marketing and Entrepreneurship.
