Marisa Balleani

Marisa Balleani is an associate in the Business Law department at Goodwin in the Boston office. She joined the firm in 2024.

Marisa worked as a summer associate at Goodwin in 2023. While in law school, Marisa interned in Justice Lowy’s chambers at the Massachusetts Supreme Judicial Court. She also interned at the United States Attorney’s Office for the District of Massachusetts and the Middlesex District Attorney’s Office. Prior to law school, Marisa was a Teach For America corps member where she taught at a Boston-area high school.

As a law student, Marisa won both the McLaughlin Appellate Advocacy Competition and the Clark Appellate Advocacy Competition. Marisa subsequently served as the Chief Competitions Director for the Suffolk University Law School Moot Court Honor Board.
