Alida Barletta is the Managing Director of Attorney Development for Goodwin. She leads a team of more than 20 Attorney Development professionals who provide support, guidance, feedback, and encouragement to help our attorneys realize their professional goals and provide strategic information, feedback, and advice to practice group leaders and firm leaders. Her team works with attorneys at every stage of their careers. Alida counsels and coaches attorneys and team members on professional development and workload management. She also oversees the resource allocation process for the firm. She collaborates with other professional staff teams to support the firm’s diversity initiatives and work on firm-wide initiatives designed to enhance attorney development, leadership, management and supervision, engagement, and retention.
Prior to joining Goodwin, Alida was the manager of recruiting and professional development at Dow Lohnes from 2010 to 2013.
Alida was an associate in the Securities Enforcement and Investigations practice at Fried, Frank, Harris, Shriver & Jacobson LLP from 2001 to 2010.
