Alex Barry is an associate in the firm’s Business Law department and a member of its Private Equity group and Private Investments Funds practice. Alex advises financial institutions and investment managers on the fundraising and ongoing operation of funds, joint ventures and SMAs across a number of asset classes, including venture capital, private equity, private debt, secondaries and real estate funds. Alex also has extensive experience advising asset managers on their asset management arrangements with investors, and advising investors on their investments into funds and on SMAs.
